Warranty Policy

What's Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Battery cells that fail to hold a charge under normal use
  • Premature capacity loss (below 80% rated capacity within the warranty period)
  • Faulty connectors, wiring, or housing from manufacturing

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, drops, or exposure to water or extreme temperatures
  • Normal wear and gradual capacity reduction over time
  • Use in devices other than the specified compatible Dyson model
  • Batteries purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

Return Policy

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Battery must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund
  • Used batteries within 30 days may be eligible for exchange if defective
  • Return shipping is covered by ELO for defective products
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
