Warranty Policy
What's Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Battery cells that fail to hold a charge under normal use
- Premature capacity loss (below 80% rated capacity within the warranty period)
- Faulty connectors, wiring, or housing from manufacturing
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, drops, or exposure to water or extreme temperatures
- Normal wear and gradual capacity reduction over time
- Use in devices other than the specified compatible Dyson model
- Batteries purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
Return Policy
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Battery must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund
- Used batteries within 30 days may be eligible for exchange if defective
- Return shipping is covered by ELO for defective products
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
